Random thought I’ve had as I coach clients…

So at the end of the session, I like to give clients a high five. At least I thought I did, but in reality I prefer to give the women only a high five.

Giving a guy a high five seems awkward.

So for the guys, I give them a fist bump; doing that to the girls feels weird.

I suspect I’m the weird one in all of this.

As an added bonus tip:

Look at someone’s elbow when you go the high five, and you’ll nail it everytime. And there’s like a good high five
